Helene Cass, Team Leader 
There is certainly enough information about me on this site to satisfy even the
most curious reader but I’d like to take this opportunity to say that, despite my
25 years of experience, I still thoroughly enjoy the excitement and satisfaction
of helping my clients transform their dreams into reality! I particularly love the
people that I meet in the process and, regardless of whether you are first time
buyers looking at entry-level homes or seasoned real estate investors, I’m never

Janet Rom, Residential Sales Specialist
Beyond her award winning experience as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative,
Janet also brings a wealth of talent to our team that she developed in her years
in the fashion industry. Having been an accomplished manager, she is organized,
precise and a problem-solver. Combine that with dedication to professional service
and her thorough knowledge of the marketplace and you have someone who is uniquely

Lea Ann Hervey, Residential Sales
Lea Ann has learned the business from the ground up. She began working with the
team as our transaction coordinator. That essentially meant that it was her job
to insure that our listing service programs were implemented properly and that our
sales closed on time. She was wonderfully effective in that role but eventually
opted to move to the sales side of the business. Once there, she began by handling
all of our rental business but eventually emerged as a residential sales specialist.
You couldn’t find a nicer or more professional person to help you with your real

Linda Hilgendorf, Transaction Coordinator
Linda spent five years selling real estate on her own before electing to join our team and, as such, understands both the process involved and the level of commitment required to insure that every transaction flow seamlessly from contract to closing.
Although she actually honed some of those skills during a previous eight year career in finance, she’s now thrilled to be playing a role that brings her closer to her community. Linda and her family have been residents of McDowell Mountain Ranch for nearly a decade.
