Cimarron Hills - The Enclave
Models
The Enclave at Cimarron Hills offered five different single story models that ranged in size from 2,659 to 3,393 square feet. Each model was also offered in two exterior elevations, Contemporary and Santa Barbara, and each home came with a 3 car garage except for the Frontera which had a 2 car garage.

Frontera

The Frontera model had a livable area of 2,659 square feet and a split floor plan. It included 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a den which could be converted to a 4th bedroom. It also had a courtyard entry and an optional guest casita. A 2 car garage was standard.

Laredo

The Laredo was a split plan with 2,767 square feet and a courtyard entry. It included 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a combination living and dining room and a family room adjacent to the kitchen. Optional desk units were offered in the hall to the children's wing.

Parada

The Parada plan contained 2,978 square feet and featured 4 bedrooms and a bonus room that could be converted into a 5th bedroom. It also had 3 full baths and the 3rd bay of the garage was separate from the other 2.

Escalante

The Escalante plan had a livable area of 3,376 square feet and a courtyard entry. There were 4 bedrooms, a den and 3.5 baths. The two-way fireplace between the living room & family room was a signature feature.

San Rafael

The San Rafael model had 3,393 square feet and a courtyard entry. It included 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a game room off of the children’s wing. The 3rd bay of the garage was separate from the other 2.
