Horseman's Park offered six different models ranging from 1667 to 2968 square feet. There were five single story and one two story properties. Each model was offered in a choice of four elevations. A 3 car garage came included with two of the models and was optional for one of the models.
The Cleaver’s plan had a livable area of 1667 square feet on a single level. This included 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an optional 3 car or side entry garage.
The Ricardo’s plan had a livable area of 1926 square feet on a single level. This included a large covered patio with 2 French Doors. A den/library in lieu of the 2nd bedroom was available. A 2 car garage was standard.
The Nelson’s plan had a livable area of 1967 square feet. This Great Room plan included 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage.
The Partridge’s plan had a livable area of 2141 square feet. This included 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 3 car garage. There was a formal living room as well as a family room.
The Brady’s plan had a livable area of 2314 square feet on a single level. This included 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2 car garage and the option to convert the fourth bedroom or library.
The Cunningham’s was a 2 story plan with 2968 square feet. This included 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a 3 car garage, a den on the 1st level which could be converted to a 5th bedroom and a loft.
