Eagle Ridge by UDC/Shea Homes
An Introduction
Eagle Ridge was developed by UDC Homes which has since been purchased by Shea Homes. The community consists of 227 single family homes.
There were seven different models ranging in size from 1,999 square feet to 3,460 square feet. There are 3 single level plans and 5 2-story plans. In February of 1997, which is the earliest builder price list that I have in my files, the price for the 1998 square foot #3335 model was $184,990. At present, prices range from the high $300,000’s to about $500,000. Each model was also offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options which gave the community a more varied and attractive look.
The community is located east of Thompson Peak Parkway and north of Paradise Lane and offers wonderful access to the adjacent trail system and marvelous mountain views. Some of the same floor plans can be found in the gated community of Sonoran Fairways.
