Trovas by Coventry Homes
An Introduction
The Trovas community, a 134 home gated enclave, was developed by Coventry Homes,
a respected local builder that was subsequently acquired by the Del Webb Corporation.
In March of 1998, which is the date of the earliest builder price list that I have in my files, the pricing began $338,500 for the 2,966 square foot Alessi model and went as high as $412,500 for the 4,102 square foot Medici model. At present, prices range from the $600,000’s to over $1,000,000 with the highest values going to those homes with the most attractive settings and views.
There were eight
different models ranging in size from 2,600 square feet to 4,102 square feet. They were all single level homes except for the Lido, which was a 2 story plan, and all of the homes featured 3 car garages. Located
in the easternmost section of The Ranch, Trovas is set at the base of the McDowell Mountains
and borders the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Entry is restricted
by an elegant electronic gate (as seen in the homepage slideshow) that was designed by a local
artist named Joe Tyler.
