An Introduction

The developer of this community, located just to north of Horseman’s Park is Woodside Homes, who coincidentally, was also the builder of MMR’s first community, Discovery Trails.

As approved, this much anticipated project will consist of 127 homes that will span both sides of the planned extension of Paradise Lane. The lot sizes will be somewhat smaller than those in adjacent Horseman’s Park and the homes are expected to range from 2100 to 3400 square feet.

Gail Wood, sales manager for this development, is an MMR resident and is excited about the project. There have already been a plethora of inquiries, and some lots are, in fact, reserved.
