Greystone, a respected name in its own right, is now a subsidiary of Lennar, one of the largest homebuilder’s in the United States, with operations in California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and nine other states. Lennar is a New York Stock Exchange listed company ("LEN") that includes such brands as US Home, Village Builders, Renaissance Homes and Winncrest Homes.
