My newsletter, "The McDowell Mountain Ranch Real Estate News", is published
bi-monthly and focuses on real estate issues that are of significance to our community.

In each edition, I try to cover topics that might impact the value of homes in the community like impending development, current mortgage rates and I also evaluate the real estate market from a statistical and observational standpoint.

The center section of each newsletter contains a list of those homes that are currently on the market in the community, as well as those that have actually sold and closed.

My staff and I write the newsletter ourselves (for the most part) and its contents are specific to life at The Ranch.
