Towne Development, Inc. is a part of the diverse real estate development and asset management structure of The Towne Group. The parent company has offices in various locations throughout the United States including Wisconsin (the genesis of the operation was the real estate brokerage practice of Joseph J. Zilbers, established in 1949, in Milwaukee), Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada and Texas and through its various subsidiaries Towne has not only developed residential communities, but has also constructed industrial properties, corporate parks, offices, retail, apartments and senior housing.

Since the 1970's, KM Development Corp has been the design and construction subsidiary of Towne Group. Their team of architects, interior and landscape designers, construction managers and quality assurance specialists have received the highest national honors and have enabled them to construct multi-million dollar projects throughout the country.

Towne Development, Inc. and their subsidiaries are involved in several other Arizona communities including The Village at Grayhawk, Tuscany Shores, Vintage at Grayhawk and Cottonwood Breeze at Surprise Farms.
