Each building in the community houses 6 different units-2 Heritage condos, 2 Monarch condos and 2 Legacy townhouses, ranging is size from 1,338 to 1,810 square feet.

The Monarch

The Legacy was built as a 2 bedroom plus den. It is a 2 story townhouse with no one above or below it and is always an end unit. It's 1,696 square foot plan has 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage.
